FitTrack Privacy Policy
FitTrack is designed to keep workout, recovery, and wellness data under your control. The app does not sell personal data, does not show advertising, and does not use third-party tracking.
Information You Add To FitTrack
FitTrack can store information you choose to enter or generate while using the app, including workout plans, completed sessions, exercise notes, recovery routines, posture checklists, pain logs, hydration logs, weight entries, body measurements, and app settings.
This information is used to provide the app's core features, such as progress views, workout history, widgets, Live Activities, quick actions, search, reminders, and backup or restore workflows.
Apple Health
If you grant permission, FitTrack can read selected Apple Health metrics such as steps, active energy, heart rate, and body weight. If you choose to sync a workout, FitTrack can write that completed workout to Apple Health.
Apple Health access is optional and controlled by iOS. You can change or revoke Apple Health permissions at any time in the Health app or iOS Settings.
iCloud Backup
FitTrack can save encrypted backup data to your private iCloud database when you choose to use iCloud backup. iCloud storage is provided by Apple and is governed by your Apple ID and iCloud settings.
FitTrack does not use iCloud backup data for advertising or tracking.
Calendar, Notifications, Widgets, And Search
FitTrack may ask for permission to add workout plans to Calendar when you choose that feature. The app may also use local notifications, widgets, Live Activities, App Intents, quick actions, and Spotlight indexing to make your fitness information easier to access on your device.
These features are used only to provide the app experience you request.
Device Storage And Required Reason APIs
FitTrack stores app preferences and app data on your device using Apple platform storage such as UserDefaults and local files. Some app data may be protected using encryption before storage or backup.
FitTrack uses these APIs for app functionality, including saving your settings, plans, progress, widget snapshots, and handoff state.
Tracking, Advertising, And Data Sale
FitTrack does not sell your personal data. FitTrack does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not use your data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Data Sharing
FitTrack does not share your personal fitness data with third parties for marketing. Data may be shared only when needed to provide features you choose, such as Apple Health, iCloud, Calendar, system widgets, notifications, or other Apple services on your device.
Your Choices
- You can delete or reset app data from inside FitTrack where those controls are available.
- You can revoke Apple Health, Calendar, notification, and iCloud permissions in iOS Settings.
- You can delete the app to remove app data stored locally on your device, subject to iOS and iCloud behavior.
Children's Privacy
FitTrack is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can help address it.

This policy may be updated when FitTrack changes or when legal, platform, or operational requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated.
